Hey, Hey Good Lookin'! Whatcha Got Cookin'?

One new thing we're starting in our new place is that Lucy, Amy, and Sadie are each taking a turn at cooking dinner one night a week. They get to choose what they're serving us that night, and then I make sure we have whatever ingredients they need.

Last night was Lucy's night to cook. She chose to make chicken quesadillas. She took this picture of her finished meal, and it was DELICIOUS!

I'm especially impressed with the grill marks. I can't wait to see what she makes for us next week!

I'd offer you a quesadilla, but there were no leftovers!
