We had a marvelous time with Lexie and Aiyanna. Now that they are getting older, they get along a bit better. (Lucy and Aiyanna, that is. Lexie gets along just fine.) Noses still get out of joint now and then, but for the most part, the two girls can coexist peacefully for short amounts of time.
We played outside in the neighbor's inflatable jungle-themed pool, went to the city pool, and also to a puppet show at the library. We ate good food, watched a movie or two, and the girls played dress-up a couple of times.
And when it was time to leave, Lucy was all too happy to go with Lexie and Aiyanna back to Gramma and Grampa P's house for a few days WITHOUT her parents.
